Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand our client base.

Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft customized solutions that align with client requirements.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress accurately.

Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance metrics and identify areas for growth or improvement.

Provide leadership within the team by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices for successful account management.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Maintain clear communication channels with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Experience

Proven success in B2B sales, especially within technology or related sectors, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, business development, and account management strategies.

Experience with marketing techniques that support sales growth and client engagement.

Familiarity with technology sales processes, including technical sales approaches and solution selling methodologies.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines effectively.

Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, client needs, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling and personalized outreach.
