The intern will support the design and development of engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across DMS websites, learning platforms, and other digital products. This position will support the development of intuitive interfaces and visually compelling designs that align with DMS brand standards and user needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide feedback and recommendations on digital flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing materialsReview DMS websites and provide suggestions to improve layout, navigation, and overall user experienceAssist with creating or updating digital graphics and visual contentReview designs for consistency with DMS branding and visual standardsProvide input on website and digital content layoutsAssist with simple wireframes, mockups, or design concepts as neededCollaborate with the communications and marketing team on digital projectsStay familiar with current UI/UX and digital design trendsRequired Skills & ExperienceBasic knowledge of UI/UX and graphic design principlesFamiliarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applicationsInterest in website and digital design, familiarity with WordPress for web developmentStrong attention to detail and visual consistencyCreative and able to provide constructive design feedbackGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and take initiativePortfolio or examples of design work preferredEducationCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related fieldPosition TypePart-time ConsultantLocationRemote DMS International
