Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-calibre Chief-of-staff to partner directly with a senior global executive leading Procurement, Supply Chain, Enterprise Systems, and Security functions. This is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for driving leadership priorities, cross-functional initiatives, executive governance, and transformation programmes across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP.
- Drive planning, governance, and execution of key Supply Chain, Procurement, Digital, and Enterprise Systems initiatives.
- Lead executive reviews, leadership communications, dashboards, and business performance reporting.
- Coordinate across business, IT, finance, procurement, supply chain, and security teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Manage strategic programmes, track risks and dependencies, and drive timely decision-making.
- Support organisational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA from a reputed institution.
- 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Strong programme management and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and global teams.
- Good understanding of Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance domains preferred.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
