Organized into Centers of Expertise—including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations—our team designs and implements best-in‑class programs that support our workforce and organizational objectives. As a Compensation Data & Analytics Partner (Compensation Staff III/IV), you'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, and people to ensure our pay practices are equitable, competitive, and aligned with business goals. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering compensation programs that drive our total rewards strategy, providing expert guidance on everything from market analysis and job evaluation to annual planning and pay equity. This position is located in El Segundo, CA., requiring at least 4 days onsite. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as integral partner for the administration of our compensation planning processes including annual planning, off-cycle planning, review of our salary structure, development of processes and workflows, pay equity studies, and all related activities Manage the Compensation workflow and processes within Workday and integrations with other People Operations Centers of Expertise including People Acquisition, People Management, Talent Management, plus future enhancements as needed. Develop recommendations on how to improve current compensation systems, reports, and analytics while identifying processes or capabilities that could benefit from automation, process enhancements. Support, explore, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding ongoing maintenance and new features and functionality within Workday and MarketPay. Develop and maintain compensation related dashboards providing actionable insights using tools such as Workday and/or Tableau. Produce analyses and metrics on various compensation programs including merit, recognition awards, and budgets. Leverage data analytics to inform the design of programs, decision making, and measurement of the compensation goals. Serve as subject matter expert for compensation related data needs and Analytics dashboards. Scope will expand beyond compensation as needed. What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements for the Compensation Staff III: Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Analytics, or HR-related field – Five or more years of relevant experience in an analytics or compensation related role – Experience with compensation principles, practices, systems, and methodologies – Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills. In addition to the requirements above, the minimum requirements for the Compensation Staff IV are: Eight or more years of experience in analytics or compensation related role – Experience creating or working with dashboards and/or Tableau reporting. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
