About the Company: Provider Contract Food Service is a locally grown company specializing in providing culinary and hospitality excellence to our clients for the past 18 years. From the hearts of our culinary team to the mouths of the customers we serve, you can taste the love in our food. We recruit, train, and develop candidates who enjoy people, will provide excellent service, love food (and COFFEE), and take genuine pride in their work! About the Job: The Barista serves quality beverages in a clean, organized environment demonstrating exceptional hospitality. Baristas must have the ability to:- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines.
- Maintain, stock and clean barista area.
- Back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed.
- Must be organized, action oriented and posses excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
