This is an opportunity with a venture-backed insurance startup in New York that's using AI, operational data, and proprietary underwriting models to tackle one of the biggest challenges in commercial insurance: affordability.
The organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer who wants to work directly with underwriters, customers, and leadership to build products that fundamentally change how risk is evaluated, priced, and managed.
The role offers the opportunity to:

- Help shape a platform from the ground floor
- Earn meaningful equity
Salary Range: $150,000–$200,000 per year
