RN/LPN Clinical Lead Patient Care & Wound Care
Parkway Health Care Center
Parkway Health care center seeks compassionate LPN/RN to provide patient-centered care in a resident-focused setting. You will conduct assessments, document changes, and follow protocols to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities include admission duties, discharge planning, wound care, and supervising CNAs/CMTs while adhering to facility policies. LPN licensure is required; RN optional. Health and retirement benefits are offered.
