How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need To Make a Difference Active RN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. FT Nights RN Night shift differential of $5 per shift. New wage increase and $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
