Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate, fully licensed mental health professionals with expertise with any of the following: EMDR, CPT, IFS, or PE for the treatment of PTSD or CPTSD; DBT and experience working with clients diagnosed with BPD; EFT, Gottman Method, or PACT for work with couples; or CCPT & CPRT for working with children and/or parents. Additionally, expertise in working with adolescents, families, or those with ASD or ADHD would also be very helpful. The Counselors will provide individual counseling to clients, with the option to also provide group counseling.

Associates will not be considered at this time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to support treatment goals.

Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.

Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development related to area of expertise.

 

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Current state licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive practice.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
