Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from October 6-January 15 at their Corporate Health clinic in Horsham, PA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and chronic illness management. Hours vary by shift as follows: October 6, 7, 8 and November 2, 3, 4, 5, 24, & 25 are 6:30am-6:30pm, October 15 & 29 are 6:30am-4:30pm, November 9 is 10:00am-6:30pm, November 10 & 12 are 8:00am-4:30pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:00pm-1:00pm, and December 4, 11, & 18 and January 8 & 15 are 8:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified with active PA DEA and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. DOT Certification is preferred, but is not required. Current shift needs are October 6, 7, 8, 15, & 29, November 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, 24, & 25, December 4, 11, & 18, and January 8 & 15.
