Medical Technologists

The Contractor shall furnish three (3) Full Time Equivalency (FTE) Medical Technologists (Clinical Laboratory Scientists) to provide services necessary to perform onsite Laboratory testing to eligible
beneficiaries of the healthcare system. The range of Laboratory Services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of the quality, meeting or exceeding currently

QUALIFICATIONS:
The MT assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract is a
nationally certified MT with three (3) years of recent chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank,
hematology, coagulation, and microbiology experience.

Board Certification: Medical Technologists assigned by the Contractor must be a nationally
certified Medical Technologists (MT, MLS or CLS). All continuing education courses required
for maintaining certification must be always kept up to date. Documentation verifying current
certification shall be provided by the Contractor to the VA COR on an annual basis for each
year of contract performance
