Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is seeking dedicated and flexible Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety in their work environment and are willing to travel up to 70 miles to fulfill local contract and per diem assignments throughout Minnesota.

Position Summary

As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care at skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare settings. Assignments may vary based on facility needs and staffing demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Adapt quickly to different healthcare environments and patient populations.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN License in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 70 miles from home.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various facility settings.

Pay

$48–$54 per hour , depending on location, facility demand, assignment, and experience.
