Our team provides leads, mentorship from experienced producing agents, modern marketing and technology tools, a competitive commission structure, and a collaborative environment where you can build independently without having to do everything alone.

This is a strong fit for someone who is motivated, coachable, business-minded, and comfortable building relationships. Applicants should be licensed or actively working toward licensure and must be local to the area or planning to relocate within 60 days.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage our proven systems and tools to efficiently manage and grow your client pipeline.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and develop strategies for successful transactions.
• Utilize modern marketing techniques to promote listings and attract new clients.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for your clients.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and generate interest from potential buyers and sellers.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
• Familiarity with modern marketing techniques, including social media platforms, to promote listings and attract clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools that enhance client management and transaction efficiency.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software applications relevant to real estate transactions and marketing.
