Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position supporting our outpatient services. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage a personalized caseload of clients by establishing rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships, grounded in professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning when necessary. \n
- Design, implement, and routinely evaluate individual, person-centered treatment plans to ensure they meet the evolving needs of each client. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes that facilitate continuity of care and comply with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs of potential clients, providing them with an initial understanding of our services and support. \n
- Hold individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide your practice. \n
- Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance skills and ensure quality standards in therapeutic practices. \n
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate services and provide integrated care for clients. \n
- Foster a growth mindset in all aspects of work, remaining open to feedback and continually seeking professional improvement. \n
You will be working with a varied population of clients, including adults, children, and families. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a related field is required. \n
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is a must. \n
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is required. \n
- Proficiency with communication tools and software including, but not limited to, RMS systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY is essential. \n
- Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families is needed. \n
- Ability and comfort level in conducting intake assessments are crucial for this role. \n

- Previous experience working within a collaborative treatment team environment is preferred. \n
- Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload and developing effective treatment strategies is a plus. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous. \n
Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000. We employ a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees rates are paid upfront ahead of collections, allowing you greater financial stability. Our benefits package includes:
