Visiting Nurse Association of Texas
Visiting Nurse Association of Texas seeks an RN Admissions to perform initial assessments and coordinate patient care in home hospice settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions into hospice services. Requirements include TX RN license, a valid TX driver's license, and 2+ years RN experience with hospice.
