TALENT CORPS is seeking Apprentice Electrician (4+ Years Experience) – Victoria, TX

Location: Victoria, TX
Pay Rate: Depends on Experience (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 40+ Hours Per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking Apprentice Electricians with 4+ years of commercial electrical experience for a commercial construction project in Victoria, TX. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) or fluent English speakers and able to work independently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial electrical experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or fluent English speaker
• OSHA Certified (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30)
• Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts
• Proficient with hand benders and Greenlee 555 mechanical bender
• Ability to bend and install 3/4"–2" EMT conduit
• Experience pulling wire, installing conduit, lighting, and electrical devices
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
• Must provide basic hand tools and a cordless drill
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Bend, install, and secure EMT conduit (3/4"–2")
• Pull wire and assist with commercial electrical installations
• Install electrical devices, lighting, and equipment
• Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts safely
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and keep a clean work area
• Work efficiently with the electrical team to meet project deadlines

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 40+ hours per week

Pay: Depends on Experience (DOE)
