Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job Description· Application Support experience with working knowledge of Unix, database, and basicknowledge of any programming Language like JAVA/C++/scripting language etc.· Good communication with analytical and problem-solving skills· Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, applicationowner and senior stake holders across all areas· Identify recurring failures, Debug or Deep Dive into the cause of the Issue, IdentifyImpact, Manage Escalation or Incidento If there is a Bug in existing code (Providing Line of Code that causes the failure), escalateto L3 for a Fixo Or Identify if it is a Migration Issue and Coordinate the Fix· Drive Issues to resolution with L3 and reduce/eliminate the # of Failures· Follow the L3 escalation processAdditional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
