PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Patient Volume/Census: 93 total encounters per day (team-based)
• Admissions: Yes
• Rounding: Included
• Case Mix: General hospitalist medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION
• Office Equipment Available: Standard inpatient equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Hospitalist physicians
• Support Staff Available: NP/PA team, hospital staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• No procedures required
• Patient management and care coordination

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active TN NP or PA license, DEA, and CDS required
• Board: NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA (NCCPA) certification required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Preferred 2 years recent experience (new grads may be considered)
• Other Qualifications: Immunizations and case logs required; CME compliance required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide hospitalist coverage for inpatient services
• Manage patient admissions, rounding, and discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance
