You will never start a case unprepared.

Before you work independently with a new client, we personally introduce you to the client and make sure you understand their routine, expectations, and who to contact if questions arise.

Your Schedule

We're looking for caregivers who are available for morning and/or evening shifts , with an every-other-weekend rotation .

Available Shifts

• Morning Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Every Other Weekend

Available for both mornings and evenings? That's a great benefit!

Caregivers who are available for both shifts may have access to more hours and greater scheduling opportunities, but you do not have to be available for both.

Additional hours may also be available for caregivers who want to pick up extra shifts.

Pay & Perks

$18–$21 per hour

• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 retention bonus
• $250 referral bonus

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and take pride in the care they provide.

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts
• Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
• Dependable and professional communication

CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus.

Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
