Inpatient Nursing Educator

Windham Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nursing Educator to advance clinical excellence across our inpatient units. This RN leader will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, and provide bedside coaching to support safe, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include new hire orientation, annual competencies, simulation and e-learning, and collaboration with nursing leadership on quality and regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, teaching experience, and a passion for mentoring nurses in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
