Quality Manager

Seeking a Quality Manager responsible for developing and executing crisp quality strategies that deliver continually improving performance to customers and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, develop, and cross-train a high-performing quality team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Drive continuous quality improvement through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Lead quality planning, audits, and certifications, including ISO, PED, ASME, UL, and CSA.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Apply reliability engineering, risk assessment, and preventive/predictive measures to improve product performance.
• Lead APQP processes, including PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and supplier quality readiness.
• Communicate quality strategies, action plans, and performance results to leadership and teams.
• Improve customer satisfaction and contribute to broader business strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in quality management, manufacturing, or reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and Lean Daily Management; Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality standards.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, risk management, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Minitab, Weibull, ReliaSoft, or Crystal Ball.
• APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and supplier quality experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
