Position details:

• 10 - 14 days out (longer if you want, your choice)
• .52 cpm - .56 cpm
• Detention $16 after 2 hours
• Short haul $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
• Breakdown $75 a day
• Stop pay $30
• Avg weekly mileage 1,800-2,400
• Dead head 10% - 15%
• Touch freight 0%
• Drop and hook 60/40
• Live unload 20% - 30%
