Greet guests promptly and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items and answer questions Provide a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and prepare ice cream scoops Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills and Experience: Prior experience in customer service (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Ambitious and goal-oriented Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be 18 years or older Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the U.S. About Us Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm by Seth Berkowitz.
