Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician with experience in prescription processing to support a busy pharmacy setting. This contract opportunity is based in the Corona, CA area and requires a detail-oriented professional ready to contribute to efficient pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
- Process prescriptions with attention to detail and verification standards
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Manage inventory and stock medications as needed
- Assist pharmacists in daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and answer medication-related questions
Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent licensure preferred
- Proven experience in retail or hospital pharmacy environments
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and safety protocols
- Ability to work with pharmacy software systems and POS technology
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Corona, CA (contract role)
