About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Product - Innovation to spearhead the development of new products and business ventures, as well as to manage a portfolio of strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and pursuing new opportunities through in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling. This role demands a leader who can create robust business cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to launch. The Head of Product - Innovation will also be tasked with overseeing enterprise projects, establishing clear processes for tracking and reporting, and identifying ways to enhance operations through technology and automation. Applicants for the Head of Product - Innovation position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product innovation, business development, corporate strategy, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing multiple initiatives, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in physical products, hardware, manufacturing, robotics, or emerging technologies is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess the analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills necessary to present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
