Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Pompano Beach, FL! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33062

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Rotational Saturdays, 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-21/hour (Based on years of experience & education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary collections, and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Collect and prepare blood specimens accurately for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide a positive patient experience through professional communication and compassionate care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform daily duties accurately and efficiently under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Support patient service center operations while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with:
• • Pediatric collections
  • Geriatric collections
  • Capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 25-30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
