Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Four days per week, rotating call one night per week, one weekend per month
Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours
Experience: Minimum of 24 months Operating Room experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
License: Active state license to practice
Certifications:
BLS certification from an approved vendor
ACLS certification from an approved vendor
PALS certification from an approved vendor


Must-Have:
Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice.
Driver's license required to verify residency.
Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments.


Description:
This position requires scrubbing experience in the Operating Room.
Candidates must wear teal scrubs.
Hours will vary with a start time of either 0645-1715 or 0930-2000.
Candidates must be prepared to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no time off is allowed during the first week of the assignment.
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the offer.
It is important to inform immediately if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available.
Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in.
All shifts and departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work should be specified.
Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
An OR skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.
