The Ideal Candidate Extensive criminal litigation experience: a minimum of five (5) years managing felony matters within Washington State’s Municipal, District and Superior Courts. Proven trial record: demonstrated proficiency in the courtroom, including a substantial history of taking cases to jury verdict. Specialized background: preference will be given to candidates with a background as a former prosecutor or defense attorney who has successfully navigated complex, high‑stakes jury trials. Compensation This full‑time, salaried position is based in our Tacoma office with the potential opportunity to work in our Seattle or Kent locations. Annual compensation ranges from $135,000 to $250,000 (base + bonus).
