Job Title Product Delivery Advisor I Location Pomona, CA Contract Contract w + Months Contract Work Schedule Hybrid – days onsite Monday to Friday, : AM – : PM Pay rate : $-$/hr on w Job Description Job duties may include: gather financial data (inventory purchases, labor costs) and analyze it to uncover inefficiencies; estimate production costs and track the changes in regular costs (due to new products and new processes); collecting and analyzing financial data; estimating costs and comparing budgets with actual expenses; monitoring costs after significant changes in products or processes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and distribute attendance summary reports to ensure accurate tracking of participation and stakeholder engagement. Work alongside cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions such as ADMS overviews and OMS training. Partner with colleagues to provide oversight and support for data management, system knowledge, and operational readiness. Coordinate testing events, including scheduling, logistics, and readiness activities to support testing objectives. Conduct meetings to communicate release updates and assess potential operational impacts related to the Client Project. Collaborate with the Client Project Team to develop meeting agendas, prepare presentation materials, and create supporting content to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provide operational and administrative support to the Strike Team by confirming agenda items, developing meeting content, creating surveys as needed, and tracking issues through resolution. Develop and maintain content for monthly Sub Operations Safety Meetings to support ongoing safety communication and compliance. Coordinate vendor meetings in partnership with IT Project Managers to support project alignment, communication, and execution. Required Skills/Attributes Experience coordinating training, meetings, or stakeholder engagement activities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop agendas, materials, presentation decks, and meeting documentation Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Experience tracking issues, action items, and follow-ups Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools Desired Skills/Attributes Experience supporting large programs, initiatives, or change efforts Background in training coordination or content development Experience partnering with operational leaders or project teams Familiarity with project coordination, surveys, or feedback analysis Experience creating content for recurring meetings Education & Experience Bachelor Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
