Join a respected, well-established oral surgery practice Collaborate with and learn alongside Dr. Sean Kim Strong referral network with consistent patient demand Modern facility equipped with advanced surgical technology Experienced clinical and administrative support team Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity for long-term professional growth in one of the nation's fastest-growing healthcare markets Responsibilities Provide the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, including: Diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck Routine and surgical tooth extractions, including impacted third molars Dental implant placement Full-arch implant rehabilitation (All-on-X) Implant-supported prosthetic procedures Bone grafting and sinus augmentation Oral pathology and biopsy procedures Management of oral infections Facial trauma treatment, as applicable Additional responsibilities include: Administer IV sedation and anesthesia in compliance with state and federal regulations Develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options, risks, and post-operative care Collaborate closely with referring dentists, orthodontists, physicians, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professionalism Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA registration Texas anesthesia permit (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical experience with dental implants and advanced surgical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care Why Houston, Texas?
