Tarrant Roofing, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Repair Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
- Identify roof issues, leaks, and structural concerns, and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Document work performed, including photos and detailed reports
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition
- 2+ years of commercial roofing repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues independently
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
