Cath Lab Field Service Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of field service experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment.
• We are looking for hands-on experience servicing Cath labs.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability across electrical, mechanical, and software systems is essential.
• An associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Imaging Technology, military training, or equivalent technical experience is required.
• A valid drivers license and the ability to travel throughout the Houston area are necessary.
• You must be able to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Experience with mammography systems would be an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills are important.
• We value a self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritize service work effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation and compliance habits are required.
• The ability to work collaboratively as a team member and act as a technical resource or mentor when needed is preferred.

• We perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections on Cath labs equipment.
• We diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults.
• We carry out system calibrations and performance testing to manufacturer standards.
• We complete service documentation and keep accurate maintenance records.
• We provide technical support and practical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• We respond to service requests and work to minimize equipment downtime.
• We ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• We support equipment installations, upgrades, and system relocations as needed.
• We participate in an on-call rotation.
