Overview

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and the person others count on to keep things moving? TCW-GAV is looking for a Sales Administration Assistant to help our Sales team stay organized, responsive, and on track. This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys working with details, learning about technology, helping others, and making sure important follow-up doesn't fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Prepare routine hardware, software, service, and renewal quotes.
• Coordinate client reviews and QBRs and prepare supporting materials.
• Review meeting recordings and transcripts to capture decisions and action items.
• Track quotes, sales opportunities, tasks, and follow-up items through completion.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information.
• Help track renewals, warranties, licensing, and contract information.
• Provide backup purchasing and order-tracking support.
• Prepare sales reports and communicate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales support, administrative, or client service experience is preferred.
• IT services, MSP, or technology experience is a plus.
