Production Associate

Production Associate Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will be operating machinery that manufactures concrete and composite structures for a company with over 30 years of industry experience. Pay Rate $21.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities Operate machinery that casts high quality covers and boxes using a variety of mold platforms. Prepare molds of different sizes, mix and pour polymer concrete and reinforce each product with materials like fiberglass or rebar to meet strength and durability standards. Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and wear required PPE. Produce products that meet customer and company standards. Regular standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Perform other duties as assigned. Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing setting required. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling. Working knowledge of tools, common production equipment, and mechanical systems. Criminal background check and drug screening required. Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift. Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
