Senior Manager, Legal Industry Solutions

Blazeo helps law firms respond to, qualify, and convert more prospective clients — through 24/7 live chat, AI chat, Voice AI, human call-center services, appointment setting, and lead automation. A growing share of our customers are consumer-focused law firms across personal injury, criminal defense, family law, immigration, and estate planning.

We're looking for someone who has personally run intake, marketing, or client acquisition inside a firm like that — someone who understands what happens from the moment a prospective client calls in, through qualification, consultation, retainer, case opening, and handoff to the legal team. This is not a practicing-attorney role — it's a business, product, and industry-strategy role.

Product Strategy & Validation

• Map the full prospective-client journey — lead response, qualification, consultation, follow-up, retainer, case opening, and case-management handoff
• Identify problems Blazeo can solve through live chat, AI chat, Voice AI, call-center services, SmartHub, and lead automation
• Join customer discovery interviews and translate law-firm needs into product requirements
• Review and validate workflows, intake forms, automation sequences, AI-agent behavior, and dashboards

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement

• Join select prospect and customer calls as Blazeo's legal-industry expert
• Help Sales diagnose intake, conversion, staffing, and workflow problems, and build the business case to fix them
• Help prospects quantify the cost of missed calls, slow response, and low consultation/retainer conversion
• Support Customer Success with adoption, workflow design, and expansion conversations

Industry Research & Market Intelligence

• Track trends in client-acquisition cost, intake staffing, AI adoption, and case-management technology
• Maintain competitive intelligence on legal intake, CRM, call-center, and Voice AI providers
• Build relationships with legal marketers, consultants, and technology partners

Thought Leadership & Internal Education

• Contribute to webinars, case studies, and conference content that position Blazeo as a trusted authority
• Represent Blazeo at select legal-industry conferences and events
• Train Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on law-firm terminology, economics, and buyer priorities
• Build internal playbooks for major consumer legal practice areas

What you bring

• 8+ years in law-firm operations, intake, marketing, client acquisition, practice management, or legal technology — direct experience with consumer-focused firms required
• A track record owning intake operations, lead conversion, case-opening workflows, or firm-wide performance reporting
• Familiarity with law-firm CRM/case-management platforms (Clio, Filevine, Litify, Lawmatics, MyCase, or similar)
• Strong communication skills — equally credible with attorneys, marketers, and product teams
• Comfort in a fast-moving, cross-functional, entrepreneurial environment

Growth path: This role starts below Director level, with a clear track to Director, Legal Industry Solutions as the function — and eventually a dedicated legal back-office team — scales at Blazeo. xhyhwjd

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation, with benefits provided in accordance with company policy and applicable U.S. requirements.

Salary Range: $110K-1140K
