Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence and efficiency. You will lead long-term initiatives, collaborate with teams across various locations, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions to boost production and reduce costs.

Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and present recommendations to senior leadership, including project details and potential challenges.

Create and manage timelines and objectives for multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Implement Overall Asset Effectiveness strategies.

Analyze and report on production activities.

Direct process improvement projects and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) initiatives.

Track team progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.

Train team members in project management and continuous improvement practices.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years in an operational improvement role.

Experience in the electronics/RF industry.

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.

Knowledge of statistical process control and problem-solving techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Products. Six Sigma Black Belt
