As a Dispatch Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor access activity, and support response efforts while providing outstanding customer service. Using computer-based systems, you will help maintain clear communication across the site and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.61 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor incoming calls, radio traffic, alarm notifications, and other communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and resources in accordance with established site procedures. Document incidents, service requests, visitor activity, vehicle arrivals, and dispatch actions accurately and promptly using site systems and logs. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to site leadership, emergency responders, and Allied Universal supervision as appropriate. Support access management and delivery coordination by verifying authorized entries, directing drivers and visitors, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
