POSITION OVERVIEW

Lead an established hospice organization serving approximately 100 patients Direct operational strategy, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes Partner with an experienced interdisciplinary leadership team Drive census growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards Executive leadership opportunity with autonomy and organizational influence

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 10% Annual Bonus Opportunity

SCHEDULE

Full-Time Leadership Position Executive Management Schedule ROLE Lead all hospice operations and strategic initiatives Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational planning Ensure compliance with Medicare hospice regulations and accreditation standards Develop, mentor, and support interdisciplinary leadership teams Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement Support admissions, business development, and census growth initiatives Report directly to the Governing Body
