## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plate rolling machines to bend and shape metal plates according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on rolling equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making corrections as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metalworking is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Plate Roll Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
