Clinical Coordinator, LVN

Summary The Clinical Coordinator LVN functions in collaborative practice with physician(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s) in physician practice or clinic setting. Provides ambulatory nursing care as directed by physician(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s), including patient and family assessment, intervention, and education. Performs supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordinates the daily clinical operations of the multi-physician practice. Skillfully and consistently performs daily clinical duties per established policy and procedure. Location Grapevine Springs Primary Care Department Grapevine Springs Primary Care Shift First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours 40 Education & Experience High School Diploma Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing. Minimum 2 years' experience in physician practice or clinic setting, Pediatrics preferred. Experience as a working clinical coordinator doing triage along with other clinical coordinator duties. Certification/Licensure Current license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas. Current CPR certification.
