Job Summary

Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OUT) — Located at the organization’s outpatient rehabilitation facility, this role involves evaluating and developing personalized treatment plans for patients undergoing outpatient orthopedic therapy. Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, active applicable license in the state where work will be performed, no minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and ensuring care aligns with signed, valid physician orders and insurance requirements.
• Actively participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations, and contribute to professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
• Adhere to the organization’s performance improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and safety policies, with a focus on patient and employee safety in all areas including safe patient handling and infectious disease control.
