Job Details Retail Store Manager – Kissimmee, FL 34746 Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year with commission. Responsibilities Demonstrate how to help customers resume their shopping journey across online, customer care, and in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all functions from sales and inventory to new store programs. Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and emerging IoT devices. Maintain the store’s appearance and customer experience at all times. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Use digital tools to highlight coverage, unlimited plans, and service benefits. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, systems, and reference resources. Build cross‑channel relationships to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify small business leads, and foster peer accountability. Participate in a high‑energy, fun environment while providing first‑class customer service. Qualifications Leadership experience and competitive drive in a fast‑paced sales environment. Ability to mentor teams, share best practices, and resolve issues. Operational, financial, and performance management skills. Excellent communication skills with team and customers. Prior wireless sales experience. Must Haves Minimum 18 years of age. Wireless sales experience. High school diploma or GED. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
