We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our growing service team. Position: Ford Diesel Technician As a Diesel Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel vehicles from F150's to F750's and E series models. Here at Capital Ford of Columbus we see all makes and models and many unique heavy-duty trucks from motorhomes to service bodies. Responsibilities Perform diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance Inspect vehicle systems including suspensions, brakes, and electrical Accurately document work performed and parts used Follow manufacturer and dealership standards and procedures Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Ford Diesel Certification (preferred) or ability to obtain Experience with Ford Power Stroke diesel engines Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment ASE Certifications (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What We Offer Competitive hourly pay or flat rate (based on experience) Ongoing Ford training and certification opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Auto Services Unlimited
