Overview
Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care (Travel) in Clovis, New Mexico. Start date: 07/20/2026. Duration: 12 weeks. Weekly pay: $971-$1025 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts, Mon–Wed, 06:00–18:30. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This travel temporary assignment is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring, assessment, and vitals.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and support resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Document care procedures and resident responses accurately in the electronic health record.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and escalate concerns to supervising clinicians as needed.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Mexico
- Graduation from an approved RN program (associate degree or baccalaureate required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing setting with residents requiring ongoing care
- Willingness to fulfill a 12-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
