The Division of Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies is seeking a Hematologist with an interest in adult General Hematology. The Division has a faculty of six non‑malignant adult hematologists with international reputations as clinicians and clinician‑scientists. Programs include Hemostasis, Thrombosis, Hereditary and Acquired Anemias, abnormalities of Heme and Iron Metabolism, and Myeloproliferative Disorders. The division has a combined fellowship program with Medical Oncology that attracts very strong fellows. The new faculty member’s clinical responsibilities will focus primarily on non‑malignant hematologic disorders in the out‑patient setting at Sugar House Health Center. Minimum Qualifications Must hold an M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology. Eligible for a Utah Medical License. Preferred Qualifications Strong clinical and/or research interest in non‑malignant Hematology. Commitment to an academic career promoting clinical excellence. Experience with mandates of a clinician‑scientist role. Existing grant support or research funding.
