Overview Salon Customer Experience Specialist - View email address on click.appcast.io Bluff at JCPenney Provide an exceptional client experience while driving retail sales performance and maintaining the look and feel of the Salon through core standard execution. Primary Responsibilities Client Experience: drive the client experience while maximizing sales potential of each client; manage scheduling and appointments, including walk-ins; ask questions to determine client needs; follow the Salon selection process to match clients to the appropriate Salon Professional; schedule accordingly; offer all Company programs (credit and rewards) to all clients to enhance the client experience and sales potential. Inventory Controls: assist replenishment/restock efforts with the Support Team; maintain Salon replenishment standards; monitor retail and backbar on-hand accuracy and communicate opportunities to the Salon Leader. Receptionist Duties: register clients, answer phones using scripted responses to enhance the client experience; handle complaints, exchanges, refunds and adjustments within established guidelines; maintain and update automated client records. Core Standards: execute floor SET activities (replenishment, restocking, recovery, visual merchandising) to ensure Salon core standards; ensure all Salon equipment is in good working order; work with the Salon team to meet company and state standards; partner with loss prevention to provide a safe and client-friendly environment. Performance Standards: meet personal service and retail sales goals; communicate retail needs for upcoming events, peak seasons, and fast-selling products; sell additional services and products and execute current Salon marketing programs.
