This position blends technical skill, construction knowledge, and problem-solving to deliver cabinet layouts that builders can rely on, every time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and understands how design decisions impact installation and customer satisfaction.**Your Mission:** As a Cabinet Designer, you will create accurate, builder-compliant cabinet designs using 20-20 Design software, ensuring layouts are functional, buildable, and aligned with architectural plans and specifications.**What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):**• Create cabinet designs using architectural blueprints and builder specifications in 20-20 Technologies. • Develop functional layouts that meet space constraints, installation standards, and product requirements. • Interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions. • Solve practical design challenges where limited standardization exists. • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines. • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth downstream execution. • Assist with training and mentoring future Cabinet Designer new hires as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Cabinet Design Manager.’**What We’re Looking For:**• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. • Experience using 20-20 Design software preferred. • General knowledge of residential construction and cabinet installation. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.**About The Company**At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
