Mid-West Family is seeking a strategic, creative, and decisive Content Director to lead all content efforts across our South Bend, IN and St. Joseph, MI markets. This is the top content leadership role locally, responsible for bringing enterprise strategy to life while shaping it to fit the unique voice, culture, and competitive landscape of the region. You’ll define not just what we do, but how we do it across radio, digital, social, and live experiences. Position Summary The Content Director serves as the market’s chief content authority, responsible for executing company-wide content strategy at the local level. This leader ensures all brands deliver compelling, compliant, and audience-focused programming while driving innovation and growth.
