Pay Range : $25.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Location : 2050 North Cornell, Melrose Park, IL 60160 

The candidate will be responsible to:

• communicate / single point of contact for the network and clients regarding shipment status
• ensure the milestones are up to date in the systems
• ensure exception codes are entered.
• Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for HighTech Accounts.
• Working hand in hand with the operation
• Give visibility to account management ( KAM and OKAM ) at all time
