About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Engineering to lead its technical team and contribute to the strategic technology plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment, and ensuring that the company's technology systems and procedures align with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the fintech industry, application development, and legal tech, as well as expertise in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. The Head of Engineering will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements, managing technology budgets, and promoting the company's mission and core values within the engineering department. Applicants for the Head of Engineering position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree being advantageous. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a leadership role in the tech services industry is required, along with a proven track record in managing a diverse team and promoting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of fintech and legal tech applications, strong leadership and decision-making skills, and exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
